Flower delivery in Chrást from a florist in Pilsen

Chrást lies near the confluence of the Klabava and Berounka rivers. The Prague–Pilsen railway line, dating from 1862, passes through the village, with a local line branching off here.

The first written record of the village dates to 1242, when King Wenceslas I gave it to Chotěšov Monastery. The Chapel of the Virgin Mary, built in 1802, stands on the village green opposite the school. The modernist Villa Skupovna, built in 1930, was home during the war to puppeteer Josef Skupa, who was arrested there by the Gestapo in 1944. The 38-metre-high railway bridge Velkáč, dating from the late 19th century, crosses the Klabava valley.

Slaměnka, a florist in Pilsen, also delivers flowers to Chrást. You can arrange for a bouquet to be handed to the recipient at home, at work, at the municipal office, at school or at a residential care home.
