Flowers from Pilsen are delivered to Nové Mitrovice
Nové Mitrovice lies in the southern Brdy Hills, about 30 km south-east of Pilsen. The village is named after Vratislav z Mitrovic, the estate's owner.
The Baroque Church of St John of Nepomuk, with its octagonal presbytery, was built between 1722 and 1726. Ironworking developed here from the 17th century, and the blast furnace remained in operation until the 1860s. A statue of Our Lady of Svatá Hora, dating from 1760, stands in the village square.
Slaměnka is based in Pilsen. From there, it delivers flowers to Nové Mitrovice.
The bouquet can be handed to the recipient at home or at work. Another possible handover point is the municipal office.
