Vejprnice lies eight kilometres west of Pilsen. The first mention of the village is connected with the founding of Břevnov Monastery.

The Baroque Church of St Adalbert stands in Vejprnice, and its foundation stone was laid in 1722. Near the village is the memorial site Suché údolí. The Nazis executed 46 people there in 1942.
